Frequently Asked Questions
If you don't see your question below, please feel free to contact me with any question or concern.
01
Will you find out my secrets that I don’t want anyone to know about?
No. Please do not worry about my learning about any secrets you may want to keep. Spiritual ethics/ laws prevent me from knowing things about you without your permission. Your spiritual team will only share information in regards to the questions/ intentions that you posed and in a way that is beneficial to you.
02
Will you tell me everything that Spirit shares with you?
Yes. I will not edit information/ guidance from Spirit. If it does not resonate with you, that is fine. So if Spirit says your problem has to do with a past life issue and you don’t believe in reincarnation, just disregard whatever doesn’t match up with your belief system. It is not my place to judge what information serves you best. That is between you & Spirit.
03
What happens if I fall asleep during the meditation?
It’s okay if you fall asleep during the journey meditation. Many people have a wonderful nap. You don't have to meditate. The only thing you have to do is show up with your questions prepared. I will do the work. You can just relax and enjoy the experience.

Do you work with people who are religious? I am concerned that we don’t believe in the same things.
Many people express concern regarding the compatibility of their religion with shamanism. That’s a personal decision. Shamans are part of many faiths & virtually every culture on every continent. Shamanism is not a religion. It is the world’s oldest spiritual practice. I have clients who are Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, Wiccan, Hindu, etc….but what they all have in common is an open mind & a desire to connect more deeply with the Divine. I believe all faiths are valid and lead to God whom I serve with gratitude.

Am I the only one that doesn't know anything about shamanism & feels nervous?
Please don't hesitate to ask any question or express any concerns. I’d say about 90% of my clients are new to shamanism. They might have heard the word “shaman” before, but have no real understanding of what that means. Typically they come to me because someone they know and trust refers them. Virtually everyone is nervous or unsure at first, but come to trust the process and walk away with a positive and rewarding experience. It’s very common for my clients to look “lighter” as they leave my office.
